What Sets Us Apart
My firm offers alternative dispute resolution services of the highest quality. I make myself available to attorneys and their clients on short notice and at all hours.
I believe in handling all matters as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, while still providing excellent service. My services are tailored to fit the individual needs of attorneys and clients. I actually review evidence and listen to each side explain the merits of their respective positions, and use that information in helping the parties resolve their disputes.
I have been involved in civil litigation of all types for almost 35 years, and have acted as a mediator and arbitrator for the last 29 years. I have participated in all roles -- as a neutral, attorney and party, and can thus understand the concerns of attorneys and clients. Having been a practicing attorney I am well aware of the need for frequent and detailed billing of my time.
You will be billed after my services have been provided, or frequently for longer engagements. No administrative or case management fees will be charged -- you will only pay for my time and certain costs.
In multi-party cases, I will follow through to ensure cases are promptly closed after settlement has been reached. Parties should no longer have to wait up to a year or even two before all closing documentation has been received and forwarded to all participants.
