• Real estate nondisclosure claim by Buyer against Seller involving a single family home in upmarket neighborhood of Orange County. Mold was found inside walls after close of escrow. Buyer argued Seller must have known of the problems and failed to disclose additional repairs taken during the 30 years she lived in the home. Seller denied any knowledge of matters inside walls and saw no evidence on the outside of such damage.
